Level 1: Learning to walk
On this level we begin to develop the most crucial tool for this journey and it’s consistency.
I firmly believe that the for new habit’s to form and for new habit’s we need to start by setting the bar low enough for it to be manageable but with enough challenge for it to require a bit of dedication to finish the challenge in time.
To finish level 1, you have to obtain 25000 steps within 7 days.
