On this level we begin to develop the most crucial tool for this journey and it’s consistency.
I firmly believe that the for new habit’s to form and for new habit’s we need to start by setting the bar low enough for it to be manageable but with enough challenge for it to require a bit of dedication to finish the challenge in time.

To finish level 1, you have to obtain 25000 steps within 7 days.

Level 2: Keep on walking

It all begins with an idea.

If you just finished level 1 i want to start of by saying well done!

On Level 2: Keep on walking we begin developing one of the most powerful skills a hero like you could use for the journey ahead.
The tool we’re begin to use here is the Heroes Journal, in this journal we can visualize our goals by writing them down.

To develop your journal skills,
Write down
Obtain 45000 steps within the next 7 days and place a checkbox next to it.
Once you’ve obtained the required amounts of steps you get to feel the sweet sensation of adding a checkmark to that checkbox!

To finish level 2,
You must obtain 45000 steps within 7 days.
